Will you adjust the price of an item that goes on sale shortly after I purchased it?

We aim to have advertised sales and set, scheduled times to avoid any disappointment and ensure you always get the best value for money. Unsure about future sales? Check out our Facebook or Instagram pages.

What is your return policy for sale items?

At Emma James Lingerie we understand we all make spontaneous purchases but that’s ok we got you. Returning items back to Emma James Lingerie is simple just email  hello@emmajameslingerie.co.uk we will then advise on what to do. You have 14 days from the day of purchase to get in contact and send back your item to us.  All returns are free. Please give us 14 days from the day of receipt back to us to issue your refund or exchange. 

 

Please note:  unfortunately there are some rules to returning items back to us. All items must be in the original packaging, unworn with all tags still attached. Returns that are sent back damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. We do not return items if there is any indication that they have been used. We will also not return any products where seals on packaging have been opened.

Does Emma James have a physical store?
